“Whoever looks to the world as his protector will become duped by its delusions.”
مَنْ نَظَرَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا مُوَلِّيَةً صَحَّ عِنْدَهُ غُرُورُهَا

1) The Imam’s full name is Ahmad the son of `Abd Allah the son of Ahmad the son of Ishaq the son of Musa the son of Mahran al-Mihrani al-Asbahani al-Ahwal al-Ashari al-Shafi.
2) Imam Abu Nuaym was a Persian scholar and he went out and sought knowledge, in various places, including Nishapur, Basra, Kufa, Baghdad, Mecca and al-Andalusia.
3) He is considered a great Hadith scholar by the Hadith scholars themselves whom have spoke about him well in various books.
Much more can be said, yet brevity is the Sunnah, and with Allah is all success.
