Each one, teach one!
One becomes sick and tired of people disrespecting, cursing, and speaking ill of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddique (573-634 C.E) and ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab (579-644 C.E), THEREFORE let’s look at what a member of the Ahlul Bayt, Alayhimus Salam, says about them.
Salim the son of Abi Ḥafṣah, Allah have mercy upon him, said:
I asked Imam Muhammad al-Baqir [Abu Jafar] and his son Imam Jafar al-Ṣadiq about their opinion of Abu Bakr and ʿUmar, so he replied,
“O Salim, love and ally yourself with them, and do not associate yourself with their enemies, for they were our Imams of guidance.”
Then he [Imam Muhammad al-Baqir] said,
“O Salim, would a man speak ill of his own grandfather?
Well, Abu Bakr is one of my grandfathers.
Truly, may the intercession [Shifa] of our master (Prophet) Muḥammad ﷺ not reach me on the Day of Resurrection [Yawm al-Qiyamah] if I do not love and ally myself with them (meaning, Abu Bakr and Umar) and also by not associating with their enemies.”

May Allah be well pleased with the Shaykhayn, Allahumma Amin!
